Ray Stevens has listed his staggering Nashville estate for sale for $6.9 million, and pictures show a jaw-dropping property that’s one of the most upscale country stars’ homes of them all.
The singer-songwriter and down-home comedian’s 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 10,179-square-foot mansion in the ultra-exclusive Belle Meade neighborhood in Nashville offers every conceivable luxury amenity, including stunning high ceilings with exposed, curved beams, plenty of windows to let in natural light, oversized rooms throughout, a chef’s kitchen and more.

Stevens previously listed the estate for sale with an asking price of $8.2 million in August of 2023 before removing the listing that December. The Country Music Hall of Famer is currently asking $6.9 million for his stunning property, which sits on 6.38 acres of extremely private, gated land, surrounded by trees.
Stevens’ current asking price breaks down to $678 per square foot and a monthly payment of $45,702.
Stevens’s hits include “Everything Is Beautiful,” “The Streak,” “Misty,” “Mississippi Squirrel Revival” and more. The 85-year-old musician has remained active into his later years, but he announced in January that 2024 will mark his final run of regularly scheduled live shows at his Nashville nightclub, Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom, though he still plans to write, record and perform select shows.
