Entrances are a big deal for Morgan Wallen, and he nailed this one.

The country star is known for dramatic walkouts at his live shows, meant to pump up an already-excited crowd. At Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night (Aug. 1), Wallen had an extra big surprise for them: Brooks & Dunn.

Fans went totally wild over Wallen’s intro, which included country music’s most royal duo. Check out the grand entrance below:

An added treat, the “Whiskey Glasses” singer also invited Brooks & Dunn to sing their 1991 hit “Neon Moon” on his stage.

“Dude this was the most amazing concert. Literally could not believe I got to hear B & D sing Neon Moon live,” an excited fan writes in the comments on social media.

“I literally screamed at the concert tonight when I realized it was Brooks and Dunn,” adds another.

If that wasn’t enough, Wallen also brought Lainey Wilson to the stage for a performance of his new single, “Lies, Lies, Lies.” Find video of that moment below.

Wallen’s One Night at a Time Tour continues with another night in Kansas City, Mo. on Friday (Aug. 2). Dates in Las Vegas follow on Aug. 8 and 9.

Top 20 Songs of 2024, Ranked (So Far)

New country artists rule this Top Country Songs of 2024 list, but that doesn’t mean traditional country isn’t represented early and often.

Airplay charts, sales data and streaming numbers helped make this list of country music’s Top 20 Songs of 2024, but staff and Taste of Country reader opinion were most influential.

Songs included on previous Top Country Songs lists were not eligible. A song may have been released in 2023, but it had to have the majority of recorded airplay or impact this year to count.
